See how the sharing of stories can connect people in profound ways. During this two hour workshop, we will begin with a short and guided flow with Citizen Yoga instructor Soojin, followed by a writers workshop led by Lynne Golodner, which will include discussion around a published piece of writing, writing prompt, timed writing, and voluntary sharing of work generated during the session.

This is the opportunity to change our relationship with our words, stories, and our ability to connect with each other. The workshop will end with a yoga nidra meditation led by Soojin leaving you deeply reflective and relaxed!

Soul Practice: A yoga and writing workshop led by Soojin Kim and Lynne Golodner

After working in the corporate world for some time, Soojin wanted to explore something that presented a new challenge — the public relations and marketing industry had created a lack of something. After exploring various yoga practices she completed a 200-hour RYT in the spring of 2013 and later traveled to India to study under Swami Parthasarathy. The goal of her classes is to take students on a journey inside the body and help connect mindful alignment with pranayama.

Lynne Meredith Golodner  is an award-winning author and entrepreneur with thousands of articles and eight books to her credit, including The Flavors of Faith: Holy Breads (2013). Her boutique public relations and business messaging development firm, Your People LLC guides organizations in strategic storytelling, relationship-building and higher purpose as the keys to organizational success. In 2016, Lynne formed One Earth Writing, a 501c3 public charity that brings teens together across racial, religious and socioeconomic divides to find common ground through writing
